I WANT TO TAKE  a moment to write, not a normal blog or inspiration article, but a plea to you to consider helping others this Christmas season.

THIS  HAS BEEN A TOUGH YEAR for many people.  Just off the heals of the COVID closures we now have inflation that has really pinched the budgets for a lot of good, hard-working people.  I know many who are cutting back for Christmas, who are cutting back on groceries, and who are lowing the thermostats in their home.

DUE TO INFLATION, the average american household will have to spend an extra $11,500 rthisa year in order to maintain the same standard of living as previous years. And, the unfortunate truth is that most Americans don't have the ability to spend that much more.

THAT'S WHY I'M ASKING YOU, if you've been blessed and you're able to help others, to consider a special contribution to our food basket fund.  100% of the funds contributed to this fund will be used to purchase food for local families who are suffering in this difficult economy.

USE THIS LINK to contribute:  www.tricountychristianchurch.com/give.  It's a secure/safe link to our online giving platform. Be sure to select our "Food Basket" fund.   If you'd prefer, you can mail a check to Tri County Christian Church; 13020 Holtforth Rd., Fenton, MI 48430.

THANK YOU for caring for others.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
